Contact 789BINGO PH Guide
One inbox, one human. Email dexlong@789bingo.com and it reaches Dexter Long, the editor. We usually reply within two working days.
- Corrections to anything published on this site
- Questions about bingo, scatter or live table rules
- Explaining a bonus term or wagering calculation
- Clarifying how Philippine e-wallet cashiering works
- Editorial, media and partnership enquiries
- Requests to cover a topic we have missed
- Accessing, unlocking or closing a casino account
- Releasing a held or delayed withdrawal
- Reversing a deposit or disputing a transaction
- Restoring a bonus that was voided
- Lifting a self-exclusion or cool-off period
- Anything requiring operator system access
Important: we are an independent guide, not the operator. We hold no player funds and have no access to any casino account. If your issue involves money or account status, contact the operator's own support first, then escalate to their licensing regulator if it stays unresolved. Background on our role is on the about us page.
How to get a useful reply
For a correction, include the page URL and the specific sentence, plus a source if you have one. For a rules question, tell us the game type — bingo, scatter slots or live tables — and what you have already read, so we do not repeat it back to you.
Never send us your casino password, OTP codes, ID photographs or full payment details. We will never ask for them, and nobody legitimate will. Why that matters is covered in the phishing section of the login guide, and what little data we do handle is described in our privacy agreement.
Before you email, check these
Most questions we receive already have a detailed answer on the site:
- "Why is my withdrawal delayed?" → GCash deposit and withdrawal guide
- "How do I verify my account?" → registration and KYC guide
- "Why can't I log in?" → login guide
- "Is there an app?" → app download guide
- "What does 35× wagering mean?" → bonus terms guide
- "What should I play with ₱300?" → games comparison and beginner tips
- Short questions → the FAQ has 28 of them answered
If gambling is causing you harm
We are not a support service and we are not qualified to counsel anyone. If gambling has stopped being entertainment — if you are chasing losses, hiding your play, or using money meant for something else — please use the operator's deposit limits, cool-off and self-exclusion tools today, and reach out to a professional service. Our responsible gaming page lists free, confidential options, including services that help family members as well as players.
